W. D. Tire Center was started in March 1996 at 1515 Alum Creek Drive as an off schute of  W. D. Tire Warehouse Inc.  In November 2004, we purchased a facility at 4855 Groveport Road in Obetz, just off of I270 and Alum Creek Drive, and moved our whole service location there.  Our new location sits on 3.8 acres and the building has 6 drive through bays large enought to get 6 tractor trailers in the building.  This new location has allowed us to greatly expand the services we offer you, our customer.

W. D. Tire Service Center specializes in all facets of the commercial tire business, including contractors, independant truckers, truck fleets, mega truck fleet, industrial and large OTR (off the road) business.  We also handle walk in retail consumer tire business.  W. Our staff includes Jeff Ralston as General Manager, Nancy LaPointe as office manager, Kristin Schleper as inside sales and sales administration.  With our outside sales staff featuring Joe Bergman, Daryl Sweazy, Dwayne Haggy, Ritchie Smith.  The service Dept is managed by Cindy Reed. Cindy has a team of 15 service technicians in various roles to serve you.  We are always looking to expand our team of service techs with qualified and knowledgable people.

In additional to our location here in Obetz, our service team is mobile and we can service your tire needs anywhere you are.  With this thought, we also offer our consumer tire customers a "mobile tire store".
